Saco celebrates the tenth collection with a trilogy of looks for 2012

Redazione

XS: Inspired by the clean-cut minimalist lines and industrial mood which emerged in European fashion through the early 1990s. Jil Sander, Helmut Lang, Martin Margiela and Raf Simons all became pioneers of a new ‘anti-fashion’ which shed the superfluous and embraced a much harder, darker tenor. XS fuses hard-edged lines and oil-slick colour.
X-Ray: Inspired by the work of 1940s photographer Fernand Fonssagrives. Renowned in the for his beautiful nudes and use of light, Fonssagrives revealed an unspoken and timeless inner beauty. X-Ray combines understated shapes and intense tones.
XL: Inspired by a the ideas of volume, texture and length, the Saco Creative Team collaborated with a new generation of London based designers to produce the latest and final installment to the Collection X trilogy. A post-apocalyptic collection of looks embracing dynamic styling and a pallet of intense true-tones delivers the perfect antidote to the minimalist lines of XS and X-Ray.
